The Lavender Housing Partnership is committed to creating a sustainable community through the redevelopment of Durand Close. Some of the key requirements in us achieving this are:
- Effective engagement and participation by local people especially in the planning, design and long-term future of their community
- The inclusion of sympathetic architectural design, incorporating housing and community facilities, that suit the setting and will stand the test of time
