The Lavender Housing Partnership is committed to involving the whole of the community in the plans for the future of Durand Close.

• Masterplan - This was the first stage in the planning process. The masterplan was developed with residents and local people and outlined our vision of 'providing a place where people choose to live, creating a new desirable environment integrated within the wider community that benefits both residents and neighbours alike'. This masterplan formed the basis of the Outline planning application.
