The Lavender Housing Partnership’s Resident Liaison Team is already working hard with the local community and will maintain an ongoing programme, including:

• Educational programmes for local schools
• Activity schemes for local children
• Contact with local clubs and organisations to seek ways of enhancing community involvement
• Problem solving and complaints management
• Liaising with residents on choices for their new homes where possible
• Fulfilling resident charter agreements
• Communication with residents and neighbours to provide ongoing information
