“We have worked closely with local residents on identifying what sort of homes they want. The Lavender Housing Partnership has responded with a range of homes that will be made possible through an innovative combination of Housing Corporation and Government Office for London funding as well as the sale of private homes.”

The houses at Paisley Terrace are a combination of two, three and four bedroom properties of which six will be offered for shared ownership sale and 15 will be for rent. One of the four bedroom homes meets lifetime standards and all have specially designed to achieve low running costs.

Developed by Rydon Construction the homes are due for completion in July 2005. They will be owned and managed by Broomleigh Housing Association.
