These new homes are the first phase of an innovative £120m project that will see some 900 new homes built in Sutton by the Lavender Housing Partnership over the next ten years. through a range of funding options l.
These homes form part of the Lavender Housing Partnership’s* significant investment in Sutton which will see some 300 new affordable homes and 600 homes for private sale built over the next five years. Cllr Coman said: “I am pleased to be here today and see first hand the start on site of the Lavender Housing Partnership’s programme to provide new homes for the people of Sutton.
