The construction member of the Partnership, Rydon Construction, subscribes to the Considerate Contractor Scheme and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. A Health and Safety Plan will be in place throughout the construction programme, in accordance with Construction Design and Management regulations.

Outlined below are the precautions that we will take during the redevelopment of Durand Close:

• Minimise disruption to existing residents in the area
• Keep levels of noise and dust to a minimum
• Make sensible security arrangements including securely fencing off all construction areas
• Locate highly visible warning signs
