Durand Close

1. When will the work at Durand Close start?
The redevelopment of Durand Close will take place over a series of phases and work on phase one commenced in November 2009 with completion due March 2011. Each phase is subject to detailed planning approval following our successful application for outline planning to the London Borough of Sutton and the Greater London Authority (due to the size of the scheme).

2. How long will the work rebuilding the estate take?
We hope to have the works completed by 2016. In the meantime five associated sites totally 86 new homes are now complete and work is underway on three further sites providing 73 new homes. A further site is currently at planning stage.
