Residents will see more activity on the estate with the regular presence of Rydon Construction who are now using the information centre on the square as their base. A resident consultation group, led by Rydon now meets monthly to review the progress of the development and to deal with local issues arising from the construction work.

In conjunction with Sutton Council and local colleges, we are seeking to develop employment opportunities as the construction of the new homes proceed. More details of these will be available soon.
